2 Corinthians 4:6 For God, who said, “light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.
This the first painting of two from a single photograph. The original photograph was taken in a landscape format and the dark clouds extended from the right edge of the photo just passed the mid point. Realizing that lacked something in design composition I only used part of the photo….when I was finished with the painting I didn’t feel it said what I wanted. The incredible amount of darkness in a person’s life can be overpowering but it is of utmost importance to be looking for the light.
