2 Samuel 23:4….. he is like the light of morning at sunrise on a cloudless morning, like the brightness after rain that brings the grass from the earth. ‘

I caught this scene on a fall evening as the Canadian geese flew over our farm.  I am a very bold and vibrant painter so it was very challenging for me to paint the soft pastel tones set off by the one strong keyhole of bright orange in the sky. I love the peace I feel as I look at this painting.  Could the sky keyhole lead to heaven?

Acts 26: 16-18 for this purpose I have appeared to you, to appoint you a minister and a witness…to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the dominion of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.

So, I sat down in one hour and produced this painting…..I was pleased and felt it was a much better reflection of what I wanted to say.  I like the spontaneity in this painting.  The painting is 12×16.
